Meet the Founder
Guiding this mission is Mrs. Mandy Mullens-Williams. Her dynamic background as a businesswoman, philanthropist, and community leader brings over 25 years of expertise in management, consulting, and leadership development, specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Change Management.
Recently, she was the first African American in history to be enstooled as a high-ranking royal over an indigenous Asafo in Cape Coast, Ghana. Coronated with the name Queen Esi Akoma Pa Rasheen. As a proud Gullah/Geechie descendant, six generations born in America of African origin, she affectionately goes by "Queen Ese" to connect the history she has lived.
As a womanist, this African principle guides her values and sets the standards on why it's essential to help a woman reach her full potential and demonstrate her abilities. "Women have a crucial role to play to help keep our society together both corporately and culturally."
She believes TOGETHER we can move humanity towards a more equitable future, placing Africa back in its proper position, at the center of our origins.
As our motto states, "It can all be found in our African Roots" - Queen Ese
